Welcome to Mystic Jaisalmer. By accessing and using our website mysticjaisalmer.com and booking any of our desert experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Mystic Jaisalmer provides desert safari experiences, camel tours, overnight camping, cultural evenings, and custom itineraries in and around Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. All experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions.

2. Bookings and Enquiries

Bookings are confirmed only after we have received your enquiry, discussed your requirements, and sent you a written confirmation along with a quote. Until confirmation, availability is not guaranteed. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD or INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may vary based on group size, season, and customisation. The final price will be confirmed in your written quote.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made well in advance may qualify for a partial refund. Cancellations close to the travel date or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. Force majeure events, including natural disasters or government restrictions, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Mystic Jaisalmer is not liable for any losses not covered by your insurance.

6. Health and Safety

Desert experiences involve physical activity and exposure to nature. Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness and health conditions. Please inform us in advance of any medical concerns, allergies, or dietary requirements.

7. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a tour if a participant behaves in a manner that is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive. No refund will be provided in such cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mystic Jaisalmer, its owners, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay arising during a tour, except where caused by our direct negligence. Participants take part at their own risk.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content. All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Mystic Jaisalmer and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
